Isifiso Institute was founded in South Africa with a clear purpose: to address the growing soft skills and performance gap affecting both individuals and organisations across the country.

While many South Africans possess formal qualifications, far too many struggle with confidence, communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and workplace readiness. At the same time, organisations face challenges with low productivity, poor leadership pipelines, and ineffective team collaboration.
